  Doctor Hof is a great doctor. The poor review is not on him but his office more specifically at the location in Rogers. They have a new thing called a Kiosk for checking in. There are 4 or 5 computer screens for YOU to sign YOURSELF IN! Especially if you are a new patient. Now lets see (no pun intended) I went in there because I had woken up that morning blind in my left eye so I was there on an emergency basis! An older women (employee) was standing out in the reception area and told me to go sign in and fill out all information as it request it. So I am severely handicapped with heart/ lung problems, can barely walk 25 feet without collapsing, Fibra Myalgia, severe diabetic neuoprathy, and severe carpal tunnel syndrome. You have to scan by yourself all your insurance cards and drivers license into the system. As I started I told the lady I had medical problems and was having trouble standing (they did not even provide a chair)! She stated well it shouldn't take long. But did not offer to help. After a few minutes I told her this again and she stated well you are almost finished. After another 5 minutes I was finished altogether spending about 15 minuets on it in severe pain and exhaustion. After I finished I told her "who was the idiot that thought that up"! I told her you come to the EYE doctor because you are having EYE PROBLEMS! And sometimes people who are SICK actually go to the DOCTOR FOR HELP! NOT TO BE PUT THROUGH AN OBSTICAL COURSE! THIS NEW SYSTEM IS IDIOTIC!!!!!
