  Great staff and reasonable prices! One of the few veterinary hospitals I've been to where I don't feel like I'm been upsold and price-gouged. All the humans who work there have a kind attitude, and they all seem to remember my pets names and histories. And the location in Bella Vista is super convenient.

  Pet and people friendly veterinary services in Bella Vista and Springdale. Where furry family members are always happy to go for checkups, emergency visits, puppy classes and spa days! Reasonable prices and times. Plenty of parking. When making your first visit, be alert of the location.

  Professional and compassionate. The kind folks at Hancock saw our Ruby for a medical emergency. They got her back immediately and showed general concern for her and had a true sense of urgency for her condition even as a new patient. The doctor wasn't in yet so they got her on O2 and tried to stabilize. They saw she was in trouble, needing immediate intervention, so called a nearby clinic and arranged for a vet there to see her right away. They rushed her to my vehicle and made sure the other clinic knew exactly what was going on and was ready for her. We truly appreciate their quick action and assistance in getting her the care she needed, even at the expense of business. It shows that the health of their patients is their number one priority.
